- Thimble Bar (Split Design): We design a substructure (Metal/Trinia/Zirconia) with individual “thimbles” and a superstructure of individual crowns or veneer. This mimics natural teeth and prevents full-arch stress fractures.
- Monolithic Zirconia: Full contour design with “Cut-back” only in the gingival area for pink porcelain layering.
- Wrap-Around: Classic metal bar design for acrylic processing.
Hygienic Profile
- Convex Intaglio: We sculpt the tissue side to be convex (boat bottom shape) to ensure the patient can clean underneath with Superfloss, preventing peri-implantitis.

The Workflow: Verification is Key
For All-on-X, we recommend a Double-Digital Workflow to ensure zero errors:
- PMMA Prototype: Send us the scan. We design a monolithic PMMA prototype first.
- Try-in: You print/mill the PMMA. The doctor tries it in, checks occlusion, and verifies the passive fit (Sheffield Test).
- Wash Scan: If changes are needed, the doctor takes a wash impression inside the PMMA or scans the adjustments.
- Final Design: We update the design based on the verified prototype for the final Zirconia milling.
