Payment Options & Billing Policy
At China Dental Labo, we aim to make the outsourcing process as seamless as possible for our US partners. We offer secure, flexible, and convenient payment methods tailored for international business transactions. All invoices are generated in US Dollars (USD).
1. Monthly Statement (Consolidated Billing)
For established dental labs and clinics with regular volume, we offer a Monthly Billing Cycle.
- How it works: Instead of paying for every single case individually, you will receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of each month covering all completed cases.
- Payment Terms: Net 15 or Net 30 days (Subject to credit approval after 3 months of partnership).
- Benefit: Reduces administrative work and transaction fees for your practice.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
You can settle your invoices using any of the following secure channels:
A. Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major international cards via our secure online payment portal (Stripe).
- Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Processing Time: Instant.
- Note: A standard processing fee (approx. 3%) may apply depending on the card issuer.
B. PayPal
The most popular method for fast and secure cross-border payments.
- Direct Link: We will provide a payment link attached to your digital invoice.
- Protection: PayPal Buyer Protection applies.
C. International Bank Wire (SWIFT)
Recommended for bulk payments or monthly statements over $1,000 USD to save on transaction fees.
- Currency: USD Only.
- Bank Details: Our SWIFT/IBAN details are provided at the bottom of every invoice.
- Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days.
3. “Pay-Per-Case” (For New Accounts)
For new clients or one-off “Design Only” services, we operate on a Pay-Per-Case basis.
- Process: Once the design/production is finished, you will receive an invoice link.
- Release: The files (STL) or physical shipment will be released immediately upon payment confirmation.
4. Security & Privacy
Your financial security is our priority.
- PCI Compliance: We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. All card transactions are processed by third-party encrypted gateways (Stripe/PayPal).
- Invoicing: All digital invoices are sent via secure, encrypted email.
