We operate on an open-architecture basis. We accept all standard industry formats including STL, PLY, and OBJ. We are fully equipped with the latest versions of 3Shape Dental System and Exocad, allowing us to accept native file formats (.dcm, .dentalproject) for seamless design integration.

We strictly use FDA-approved & CE-certified materials for removable prosthetics:

• Lucitone 199 / Digital Print: High-impact denture base.
• TCS / Valplast: For flexible partials (nylon thermoplastic).
• Vitallium / Argen: For cast metal frameworks (Co-Cr).
• KeySplint Soft: For 3D printed night guards.

Quality consistency is our priority. We partner with top-tier material suppliers:

• Ivoclar IPS e.max: For veneers and anterior crowns.
• Kuraray Katana: Multi-layer Zirconia (HTML/UTML).
• Aidite / Upcera: High-translucency Zirconia solutions.
• BruxZir: For high-strength posterior restorations.

We exclusively use alloys from Argen Corporation (USA) to ensure compliance and safety:

• High Noble: Gold-Platinum-Palladium.
• Noble: Palladium-Silver.
• Non-Precious: Co-Cr (Nickel-Free and Beryllium-Free).

Yes. We use advanced software for specialty appliances:

• BlueSkyBio / 3Shape Implant Studio: For stackable surgical guides.
• 3Shape Splint Studio: For Michigan splints and night guards.

5-Year Warranty on Fixed Restorations

We stand behind our work. China Dental Labo offers free remakes for:

1. Lab errors (open margins, rocking, wrong shade).
2. Material fracture within the warranty period.

Note: Remakes due to new impressions or preparation changes will be charged at 50-100%.
