Fit Optimization
- Insertion Path Analysis: We determine the single distinct path of insertion to ensure the restoration drops in easily.
- Undercut Block-out: Automatic and manual block-out of internal undercuts to prevent binding, while keeping the margin sealed.
- Cement Gap: Customized spacing (e.g., 50µm – 80µm) tailored for resin cements.
Milling Strategy
- Drill Radius Compensation: We ensure internal line angles are rounded slightly so your 1.0mm or 0.6mm milling bur can reach all areas, preventing “rocking” on the die.
- Anatomy: Natural occlusal anatomy that respects the opposing dentition without being too deep for the mill.
Clinical Applications
