Once the design is complete, we send the files to our fleet of Roland DWX-52D 5-Axis Milling Machines. Made in Japan, these machines are the workhorses of the US dental market.

Precision Milling Capabilities:

• 5-Axis Freedom: Unlike cheaper 4-axis mills, the DWX-52D can rotate the Zirconia disc to reach deep undercuts and complex geometries. This is critical for long-span bridges and implant bars.
• Automatic Tool Changer (ITC): The machine automatically swaps burs when they become dull, ensuring that your crown always has crisp, sharp margins—never chipped edges.
• Material Versatility: We use these mills for Zirconia (High Translucency), PMMA (Temporaries), and Wax patterns, ensuring consistent results across all materials.
